We caught the vaporetto at the Confluence stop, then alighted at Gare St. Paul/Hotel de Ville. We arrived early to catch the vaporetto and were about 10th on the line, by the time the boat arrived we were about 25th. People arrived and just pushed...More

This is the ferry that goes up and down the Saône. Quick way to get down to the Confluence area from the centre of town. Only costs a couple of Euros and is free with the Lyon city card

we loved this little boat, excellent service from the hostess and captain. A beautifully kept old fashioned Vapoetto. Only €2 to the Confluence

The ride was pleasant, there is no doubt about that. But you'll have to wait an hour for the next vaporetto if you miss it (even during high season).

Fantastic way to travel along the river saone to the shopping centre at the Confluence. It cost 2€ and it was warm inside and comfortable. Easy to get down to the quay but the day after we went the river rose and quay disappeared under...More
