While the office is less than a minute walk from the metro stop it is not quickly visible. Even 40 yards away I had to ask a shop keeper where it was located.

I had the pleasure of working with the staff here multiple times. They were the best. So knowledgeable. Their insight and recommendations made the week I spent in Lyon the highlight of my 5 week trip. Cannot say enough about the quality of their suggestions!

Really helpful staff, they not only answer us, they asked us about our timetable, very complicated, and proposed some very interesting activities suitable for our family: tours, vaporetto, transportation, etc. Highly recomended!

The tourist office should be an early stop during any visit. We needed to collect our Lyon city card but also received lots of useful information and guidance from the friendly and very helpful staff.

I will be spending a day and aa half in Lyon and would like to know the best way to see the best Lyon has to offer. I am on my own and I am an avid photographer and a great lover of history. Can you tell me if it is easy to see most of the old and historical parts of Lyon or is it very scattered. I understand there is a hop on hop off bus but there is a long waiting time between each bus and stop. I will be in Lyon on the 26/27th of February so will also need to have an idea of what the of weather I can expect?? I understand that February in some parts of Europe is the coldest month. do I need to worry about snow?? All information you could provide me with to see the best of Lyon in the time frame I have would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you for your time and assistance. Kind regards Samantha from Australia
