Cycle up along the river to the north to get to the park. Nice park with large open spaces and a free zoo. You can rent boats to cross the lake.

The park area in rather big and you can find a set of glasshouses with a lot of exotic trees, flowers, etc that is very nice; there is also a zoo and both attractions are for free. But the suggestion is to bring some food...More

Beautiful park, well worth a visit. We hired some bikes from just outside the gate and had a lovely ride right around the whole park.

Lovely park with a zoo and a lake with paddle boats. Great spot for a lunchtime picnic. Easy to get to by bus or metro.

This park is just an adventure - both for children and adults, for exercise and relaxation, for walks, picknicks, for reading a book or just sitting and watching people ... or for watching the animals in the zoo section. EXCELLENT!

Bring your wine, baguette, cheese, patê and a blanket and enjoy the free garden and zoo. If you don't have a blanket there are many benches. The zoo was small but had giraffes, leopards, lions and lots of monkeys. Hard to believe it was free.
