The Beaujolais full-day tour is a perfect blend of French history, wine, food, and views. My friend and I—along with three other people—sat shotgun as Olivier (best guide ever) drove us to scenic French towns just north of Lyon, a vineyard, and an amazing French restaurant. The tour (along with the six bottles of wine we brought back) were the... More

The greatest tour in France! Olivier was an excellent guide throughout our experience. He guided us in history, explainging how times of the Roman Empire through the first world war influenced the wine makers along the Rhone river. I would HIGHLY recommend doing this tour. The wine Olivier had us taste and the views we stopped at for pictures were... More

It was a perfect experience! Our guide was very gentle and took us to two vines in Lyon, where we could taste wonderful wines and appreciate wonderful views. I strongly recommend their tours!

We had a simply marvelous time with Our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Justine, spoke excellent English, and was quite adept at navigating the tiny winding roads in these little villages. We started in the beautiful village of Oingt with all the golden stone buildings, then to a local winery for some special private tastings. We finished the evening in the... More

We did the half day tour of Beaujolais with Olivier as our guide,as recommended by the local Tourist Office. We had a wonderful tour of two wineries, learning so much about the local history and industry. Oliver's knowledge and easy going nature made the experience something we will never forget. I would certainly recommend this company, and particularly Olivier, to... More

This tour was booked on line from the UK for our recent trip to Lyon. There were five in our group plus two other visiting Australians. The pick up was punctual and from our hotel and our guide Olivier was excellent. He had an excellent knowledge of the wine and the wine making area. He stopped to give us excellent... More

My sister, daughter and I did the half day Cote du Rhone tour with Olivier. There were seven of us, all Aussies. Olivier is very knowledgeable and we spent a lovely afternoon seeing the beautiful country side and learning about wine making. He took us to two wineries where we sampled some delicious wines. We had a very enjoyable time.

We did the half day wine tasting tour with a group of friends whilst on a long weekend in the city. This was a great way to see the Beaujolais region and taste some of the best wine it has to offer. We particularly enjoyed visiting the smaller family-run vineyard on the trip - great insight into life as a... More

We thought this excursion was a bit pricey but really worth it on reflection. A great tour really getting a feel for local wine making and a very insightful tour guide. Chateau de Chaise is stunning as is the wine and the cellar is a must see. Olivier was engaging and fun and speaks fabulous English. This is our first... More

We took two half day tours with this company. Be aware: If you think this is just about going to a bunch of wineries, one after another, it's not like that. Both tours offered opportunities to learn about the history and geography of the area IN ADDITION TO exploring unique wineries making delicious wines. We liked seeing some gorgeous buildings...
