I would definitely recommend Jam Transfers - from the ease of booking, confirmation emails, time clarification emails and even the drivers details and personal mobile email to put your mind at rest!
We travelled from Geneve Airport to Les Arcs, roughly 2.5hrs. The driver was waiting as we departed baggage reclaim.
Especially good when travelling with three young children (9,7,4). They provide the child seats and booster seats. If needed they will make a rest stop, which is always needed with kids!
From transfer to resort to the return journey everything was excellent and as smooth as it could be. And they are very reasonable compared to others.
They contact you a day prior to pick-up to confirm everything again.
Keep up the good work JAM !!! We’ll defo be back!

Fairly last minute booking, found them on line and a bit cheaper than the competition. Booking was handled OK but comms afterwards left a bit to be desired - supposed to let you know contact details for your driver 24 hours before your transfer but that didn't happen. However calling them by phone was very re-assuring with name/number of drivers for both directions provided. Both drivers we very punctual and friendly, vehicles were clean and new and everything went smoothly

I'd never used this company before and read a few of the negative reviews with a slightly degree of concern, but honestly those concerns were totally misplaced and I would definitely use them again. I think they are based out of Belgrade and use drivers from that region but don't let that be an issue the guys who drove us were excellent in every way

I was worried about this not working out due to some of the reviews on here but they actually turned out to be a fantastic transfer company that I would definitely use again.

There were 17 of us travelling to Val Thorens from Geneva on a return and while the email communication and confirmations weren’t the most official looking, was impressed with the service.

Transfer was waiting for us when we arrived, the Driver (MoMo I believe) was really friendly, allowed a couple stops and made us feel very comfortable.

Due to my own error I had to pull the return transfer forward by a few hours to make sure we caught out plane back and the customer service was speedy to arrange this for us.

Really happy with them, would use again, probably next year

We booked a pick up with JAM transfer in November 2021 for a car service to pick us up from the Point a Pitre airport in Guadeloupe on December 31st. Received an email on December 28th (so just 3 days before) canceling our pick up due to major force reason. It has been over 3 weeks and I have received zero follow up for my emails and no refund. By the way, JAM transfer was accepting anyway car services for the exact date and time that they canceled my reservation. Very bad experience.

It's now a year on since my trip was cancelled due to COVID19.

And Jam Transfers still has nearly 300 euros of mine, with no sign of a refund.

They still say on their website that "they will refund within 180 days of the end of the pandemic", whatever that means, and base this on the "recommendation of European Commission and their guidelines on EU passenger rights regulations".

This is a complete invention. The European Commission offers no such recommendation.

Jam Transfer are making 'regulations' up and are obviously trying to keep hold of their customer's cash, probably hoping they will give up.

Certainly, having cancelled within the time frame accorded by Jam Transfer's T&Cs, I was entitled to a refund, and the European Commission certainly states that where a refund is due, it must be done within a reasonable timeframe.
One year is not a reasonable time frame. I accept a delay due to COVID, one year however is just laughable.

Interestingly, Jam Transfer changed their website terms and conditions several time during the pandemic, genuinely just making up rules as they go along.

What planet do they live on? How can they justify not having refunded their customers yet?
How can they claim being 'customer centric' when they do nothing for their customers, not even updating them on the situation, and just keeping hold of their customer's cash?

To say that I would never ever consider using Jam Transfer is an understatement.

Avoid at all cost - these guys cannot be trusted.

Booked with JamTransfer for a ski trip in March 2020 and then covid happened so all travel was banned. Still waiting for a refund. Over 20 emails have either been ignored or have been told lies re timings of refund. Avoid this company at all costs

We travelled as a group of two families with 8 passengers in total. Our outbound flight was delayed by 1 hour due to storms in London. When we arrived in Grenoble we were told our drive had been reallocated and we had to wait another 1.25 hours for a new driver. Our delay, the driver delay and the heavy traffic we did not arrive in our resort until 10pm. The driver was very nice and the vehicle was comfortable. We were just disappointed that the transfer was not ready for us at the airport.

Our return journey was really unacceptable. We requested to be picked up earlier than suggested as we expected traffic to be bad due to holidays. Our request was dismissed by Jam transfers. However, 1.5 hours after the agreed pick up time in resort, the driver had not arrived snd the company was unable to tell us how ling he wouid be. Our hotel found us a local taxi to take us to bourg st Maurice for 100 euros which we had no choice but to accept. Eventually the Jam transfer taxi arrived at bourg st Maurice 2 hours after the agreed pick up time in the resort. Luckily we found out that our flight was delayed or we would have certainly missed it. Again, the driver was excellent and the vehicle comfortable.

The service from jam and their office was poor and they insisted on charging us the full fee for the transfer yo Grenoble and are refusing UK refund us what we spent on the extra taxi to bourg st Maurice. We have not had an apology or compensation for the stress and inconvenience they caused our group.

I will not be using this company again. Their customer service is very poor.

We booked a pick up with JAM transfer in the middle of June(during the pandemic) for a car service to pick us up from the Geneva airport, returning to Annecy. Received an email in early July canceling our pick up due to Force Majeur. Surprising as the pandemic was a surprise to no one! They informed me that I would be receiving a refund. It has been over 2 weeks and have received zero follow up emails and no refund. As a side note, JAM transfer seems to still be accepting car services for the exact date and time that they canceled on me….BEWARE!! Shady company for sure.

I would not recommend this company as I had to cancel a transfer due to covid rules changing. I did this in good time and was told by them that I would get a refund in 45 days. I am still waiting for a refund after 60 days and now they are not responding to my emails.

I used jam taxi service for a trip from Geneva airport to Saint Gervais on 23-Mar-22 (& return trip 4 days later). The driver was on time, the car was good,the journeys were uneventful and the fares were reasonable. All good.
