This museum closed for lunch which was not on the website and there were kids running around every where. There was not a lot to see although the staff member was polite. It was a small museum. I preferred the gardens surrounding the museum than...More

Nice for kids on a rainy day, but nothing too special. Some exhibits seem a little "old" and the building could stand to be renovated.

This museum of natural history is great to learn more about the Isere region. They have stuffed animals and birds that inhabit the region, and also a collection of minerals.

This museum was a little side diversion my last day in Grenoble. THough not large it was very interesting because many of the displays were from the Alpine area. Yes they have some other items but the geological examples were mostly Alpine!

Unfortunately we've been to a few wonderful natural history museums and this one just could not live up to expectations. We did not spend more than 15 minutes there. It is a very basic, old fashioned museum with a few stuffed animals standing in a...More
