The crystal museum is quite interesting as,beyond the regular explanation you could find in similar museums, you see crystals found in the Mont Blanc area. There is also a stand where you can touch them (good for kids). Nice idea if you want I spend...More

A great museum for an “off”’day of activities or a rainy day. A nice presentation of the history of alpine activity and then a very nice collection of crystals. Expect to spend 1-2 hours.

If crystals are your thing then this is must see. I would have given it five stars but unlike many places the crystal museum does not provide any translations in its descriptions. Not the easiest to happen across. You take a path behind the church...More

It's good museum for knowing the activity of climbing nearby mountains, and the minerals' section is very good.

There wasn't very much to see apart from a lot of quartz. We went round it in less than 10 minutes but it was something to do after getting off the train. I think your time would be better going straight down to the ice...More

Two great exhibitions in one. Huge display of truly stunning natural crystals combined with brilliant exhibition on the history of mountaineering in the area. The later was cleverly brought to life with top class photography, video footage and a range of hands-on exhibits. Most bizarre...More
