This is a nice little park by the lake. Great for just sitting down to people watch or just take a stroll.

This is a nice park on the walkway along the lake. It is worth walking to more for the scenery of the walk than for the park itself. In addition, you get a pretty nice view of Annecy across the lake from Parc Charles. The park itself is not large. There is a cafe that says it serves bar food but it was not open. There was also a flower garden. Also further down out in the lake were a few water slides. So it seems this may be an area for swimming in the summer.

Plenty of wide open grassy space for a picnic or nap in the sun. Great people watching and games on sunny afternoons. Have a picnic, play petanque, rent a paddleboat on the lake, sometimes you will find music and other events happening. Great hangout place!

The park is unmissable, just by the lake with the best views of the water and the background of mountains.

It is really worth taking the time to enjoy the place.

The charm of mother nature is here everywhere, part of the adventure at all times, her unique sounds, the joyful singing birds, will gently rock you troughout the day while the color palette will mesmerize you, the panorama, the view to the lake, -
you observe butterflies by performing a swirling dance, for your eyes only.

Grab some lunch from the market on a Sunday and wander over to the park for a picnic by the lake. Very relaxing.

We arrived in Annecy on a Saturday afternoon for a 4 night stay. We walked right down to the lake and this park and there were couples and families everywhere but it was no crowded.

It is a beautiful walk along the lake. Loved this park!

Probably the prettiest place to chill in Annecy ! Slightly away from the main tourist areas, so quieter and inhabited more by the locals.
Something for everyone: Well equipped and safe play areas and activities for youngsters. A small but fascinating wild fowl enclosure. Pretty gardens with lots of places to sit or picnic. A small café/bar with the best view of the lake and mountains- You can buy a drink and lounge on one of the many cushioned loungers and listen to classic rock and pop, whilst watching the locals being locals. (the staff here are very relaxed - buy a mineral water, and laze all day !)
Atop spot to get away from it all

Another lovely place to be, spend a few hours here in the sun with a nice bottle some bread, jam and cheese and watch the world go by....maybe a little snooze as well...why not.

As a matter of fact this green space is wonderful spot for a walk any day of the week -weather permitting. As you hug the lake on its walkways you're gently reminded that nature contributes much to a healthy state of mind. Throw your cares away as you stroll hand-in-hand with a loved one. Oh, but be careful of the roller bladers and bikers. They enjoy this spot also.
