Very good two hours with Baptiste climbing in Brison-Saint-Innocent, just out of Aix-les-Bains. I'm fairly new to outdoor climbing and leading but I managed to pick up a few more skills thanks to Baptiste.
The rock here is awesome, plenty of routes of various difficulty, very positive jugs and pockets if you can spot them! The location is easy to reach, 10 minutes walk from the car park, and nice views of the lake from the top of the routes.

My family, including my 7 years old daughter, and I went canyoning with Esprit d’Aventure. It was my first time doing that kind of outdoor activity and I had many apprehensions; from the very start though, Baptiste, our guide, was reassuring and professional. I could easily let go of my fears and had a great time, feeling safe at every moment of the canyoning. Baptiste was very good with ma daughter as well; she had the time of her life and asked for more!
I highly recommend Esprit d’Aventure for a fun and safe trip.

We had the chance to experience a canyon descent with Baptiste our experience instructor who is also a ski patrol in winter. We did one of the Canyon and it was a great experience, both fun and full of emotions! A must do if you come around aix les bains and want a bit of water activity!

A young company but already excellent when it comes to customer service. Once contacted they answered quickly and we were set up within the day.
A wonderful experience, we opted for a mid level run but they made sure to accommodate the younger and less experienced members of our group.
Rates were very competitive in the area.

I wanted to take my girlfriend canyoning as she had never done it before. Baptiste recommended me the best place to go and we had an amazing time in the Canyon de Montmin near Annecy.
He made us feel safe and secure, did not force us to do any jumps or rappels we didn't want to do, and was smiling and good humored the whole way down.
It was so good that we booked again to go this weekend!
Esprit d'Aventure is a small company but they do things right and it feels more tailored to the customer instead of the other ones that make you feel like you are going down the Canyon in an assembly line.
Baptiste also has the advantage of being an alpine rescuer during the winter so he will not take any unnecessary risks.
If you have never done canyoning, I fully recommend that you go through Esprit d'Aventure.

We had a fantastic time with Esprit on their canyoning trip! Our ten year old daughter was ready for the experience but we were unsure how she would manage high jumps, slides and abseiling. No need to worry! She absolutely loved it, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Our guide Baptiste was excellent - very professional, accommodating, friendly and he really made the group feel at ease together. We would definitely recommend Esprit for outdoor experiences in Aix-Les-Bains😊

Hello,
you can do the canyon of Ternèze, it's a beautiful canyon with funny slides and jumps.
Or the via ferrata "Dent du Chat", it's like rock climbing with ladders.
