My wife and I had a short stop off in Toulon whilst on a TUI cruiser and enjoyed the visit. The museum is quite small and contains interesting information on the Allied landing in Provence amongst other memorabilia.

We were impressed by the exhibiton. Lot of uniforms, ammo, army equipments and a film brought back us to the time of the II. World War. This exhibition reminds us those who sacrificed themselves and how fragile is the peace.
