The pine forest, big cliffs, rocky islets, tiny fishing hamlets and deep blue inlets make an idyllic Mediterranean tableau.
Fantastic views up so close to such beautiful scenery and would highly recommend.

If you're in Marseille out of public holidays, really worth the 20 minutes drive; stunning view on both the sea and the cliff.
Not to be missed.
But too busy on holidays.

We visited this seaside port and enjoyed the varied terrain and beautiful homes along the way. The road follows the shore and is a great spot for taking photos.

Pretty nice and beautiful views! You can swim in a special place :) But prepare to walk, and the way is not easy if you want to get to the calanque d'En vau, the best one. So only bring the necessary things in your bag because you will carry it a long time and a lot of water, it is really hot i summer. I went to Cassis and walk from the Village to the first calanque (Port Miou) and tje second (Port Pin) you can stay in this one or continue to the best (d'En Vau), it worth it :)

I came here with my cousin by bus, we have to take bus 2 times. The houses along the way were interesting..it seems that we were somewhere else not at the beach, we passed the cactus & some more interesting plants. The road is not that big so sometimes when there was another car coming from the other side we have to stop. We enjoyed our ride. I love the shape of the spot where all the boat & the bouses were. The houses in that area not that big & some oft them are for rents. My cousin asked me to go up o the top but I don't dare to do that. He came here once & he said it was lovely from the top. The pictures on the big table shows the map of the island. It's windy & the water is so clean. If you come by bus you have to check the bus schedule to go back to town unless you fancy for walking. Come & experience the beach where you feel not at the beach..

It is the end of the road which allows you to discover another side of Marseille and which completes the journey.
