We had to cancel our excursion on 5/28/2020 because of the pandemic. I have requested a refund as per their policy, but they will not answer my calls or respond to my 4 emails. I know this is a difficult time, but they should at least acknowledge my requests. I have received refunds from all other excursions we had booked. I booked this per TripAdvisor recommendation.

I booked this tour based on good reviews. I was staying in the Radisson, and the meeting point was right in front of the hotel. I arrived 15 min in advance to make sure not to miss our tour guide. There was already one person waiting there, who like me had concern if the meeting information was accurate. Soon, 2 more people joined us, a total of 4 people in our group. At 9:00am sharp, our tour guide drove a Mercedes-Benz van to meet at the exact spot where we were waiting. After parking, he jumped out to greet us warmly. He introduced himself as Alex, a very pleasant and friendly young guy who spoke fluent English with little accent. His warm greeting made all of us comfortable, relaxed and excited for the scenic points we were longing for. The car was in excellent condition and very neat and clean. Alex introduced all land marks along the way during driving. He told historical stories behind the highlights of each destination with names of historical figures and clear chronicle orders, which filled us with rich French History in one day. The tour also included Marseille city, I wasn’t initially so interested in since I’d been to all the spots by myself a couple of days before. However, after the tour, I felt even more amazed at Marseille since Alex showed us more than a self tour can achieved. For example, he not only told stories, but also guided us to the best spots at Notre Dame and MuCEM with a panoramic night view of Marseille city. Best of all, at our group request, he happily drove us to the Palais Longchamp, which was not supposed to be on the tour itinerary. In summary, Alex made my experience with Marseille more exhilarating on my last day there and I give him the highest rating and highly recommend him to anyone who is going to tour Marseille!

I wish I could use 6 stars to rate this tour! We had such a memorable time. Our guide was Nathalie Smith, who could not have been better. She picked us up on a rainy day in her very tidy Mercedes van and was absolutely charming. Our misgivings about the wet weather quickly turned into gratitude as we seemed to be the only tourists out and about in the medieval hilltop village that Natalie took us to first. She was very engaging with the French-speaking shop keepers and kept us in the conversations with timely English translation. We then enjoyed a private wine tasting, with a very enthusiastic and English-fluent winemaker (who had been a sommelier in Manhattan for 10 years), followed by a delightful seaside lunch in Cassis. Again, Nathalie was extremely helpful with the French menu and charmed the proprietor into giving us VIP treatment throughout the lunch, including "comping" us on one of the two bottles of wine we ordered. I cannot recommend Nathalie to you highly enough as a guide. She was marvelous, and we are looking forward to our next trip to Provence!
