A great beer bar in Marseille 30 seconds from the old Port. Beer selection excellent, work ethic of the staff the best I have seen anywhere in a bar / restaurant in France. Just go and enjoy...

Went here for an after dinner pint. Service was impeccable, we were greeted within 10 seconds with a menu and then our order taken within a few minutes. The beer choice was exceptional with options for lambic amongst other numerous French and Belgian ales at very reasonable prices. The waitress treated us with great respect for our efforts at attempting speaking French, unlike another bar nearby earlier in the day. Our drinks arrived no more than a minute later! Plenty of outside tables with a lovely atmosphere in a gorgeous square, we very much enjoyed this experience.

This bar has plenty of outside seating, friendly staff, and a huge craft beer menu. It's not the cheapest place to have a beer, but it has a great atmosphere and it suited our party: from lightweight beer drinkers - try the Lindemans fruit beer, to the craft beer experts - try La Débauche's Slap a Banker. Nice touch of free nuts with every round and it's busy until the wee small hours.

Marseille isn’t just about wine- this bar setback from old port has superb beer selection though some is scarily strong. Staff are great at talking you through the beer list and there is something for most tastes. Background music is good too and it has a relaxed feel. Service is very efficient too.

If you're tired of all the lame French beers that they have on the menu in all the tourist spots, this is the place to go to. You can drink craft beer from Estonia on tap and other great beers in a bottle from other countries.
The bartenders behind the bar were very helpful and service was great!

Absolutely loved the extensive beer list -- we ordered an IPA and a German beer, and both were delicious. Ample outdoor and indoor seating. Ambiance indoors was quirky and comfortable. It's located in a nice and clean area as well. Our waitress was SO sweet and cared to ask about where we were from and why we were visiting. She then made recommendations for things to do during our time here. No substantial food though, but a small selection of snacks are available for purchase. The cheese was really good!

Chill and cozy bar with smiley waitresses. Cute looking menu and delicious beers of course. I also really like the place. Kinda edgy and comfy. Would go here again if I visit Marseille again.

In a wine country finding good beer can be a challenge. Happily this is an excellent place to seek refuge. They have put a lot of money into making this a fantastic spot not to be missed. Don’t worry you don’t have to walk far but it’s worth passing the Irish pubs to find real beers. Not only do they have appropriate glassware but they even have matching coasters! I couldn’t have been happier with the variety of bottles and tapped beers and they are kid friendly so don’t worry about the look of having kids at a “bar.” It’s not to be missed!

Excellent brew pub on a big pedestrian square. Good selection of craft beers both draught and bottle, most of them on the strong side.
Staff is very friendly and efficient, there is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Happy hour on weekdays from 7 till 9, some light snacks are available.
A great spot to meet with friends for a couple of pints

My French friend recommended this to us as he has been here maybe 5 times previously and enjoyed it enough to have us meet him there.
The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. We were there around 7 pm which was not busy yet but as time went on, more poeple arrived so the waitstaff stopped by our table less frequently. This is totally understandable.
Snacks were provided, which were an assortment of nuts and rice-type crackers. They had a variety of drinks and beer which was very nice.
I had the faro which is light and refreshing, whereas my friend had a porter, a bit heavier I think (sorry, I'm not a beer person!).
It was super hot in Marseille so we sat outside. My only critique is having more umbrellas for outside seating as my back was slightly burning from the harsh sun. Otherwise, a pleasant experience to have with friends over some good and decently priced beer! Santé!
