Everything professionally and in a nice atmosphere. The scooter is in great condition, used it for 4 days for 2 people and it worked fine. Consumption of only 2 liters per 100 km. Thanks to them, I saw not only Marseille but also the surrounding area. I recommend 100% honest approach to the client. An additional advantage is the knowledge of the English language

I arrived in town late Sunday afternoon and asked the concierge from the Intercontinental about local scooter places to rent from. They suggested the VitaLoca and called on my behalf to see if there was availability which there was.
I walked down the street and they were at the corner. They were very polite and helpful. I opted for a 125 as I am a large guy and it’s nice to have some extra power. It required a motorcycle license which I have so please keep that in mind. I’m not sure if the smaller mopeds ned the same or not.
The cost was minimal I felt and I really enjoy zipping around European cities with scooters when the weather cooperates. They are easy to drive, you can park them almost anywhere and navigate traffic much better than you can with a car.
The moped was great, no issues at all, it got me where I needed to go and took me places a car could not get in. It was so convenient. I only had 24 hours in this city and this was a great choice.
When I returned, they looked over the scooter quickly and I was off back to the rental car to head out of town on my next destination.
They also rented these little mini-bike type things which looked dangerous and interacting but assume they are safe. I also saw some segways and a group of them out on a tour when I was wandering the city. Again, it looked like another fin way to get around. They are close to the harbor and easy to rent from. I highly recommend VitaLoca.

We rented with our family 3 scooters to experience Marseille coastline.
It was fantastic weather and we drove all way to Cassis and enjoyed the "Magic of les Calanque"

Helpful. Efficient. Good hand over of bike. Good price. Offer of ideas of places to go. Good condition of bikes but book as there's not lots of them we were lucky!

The stuff was amazing and really helpful. We had some trouble with the tire but they were amazing to fix a problem.

We decided on take a 125cc for the day, the bike was very new and perfect for getting up steep hills. We took some advice and went to a“secret beach” which was perfect. The service when we received and returned the bike was perfect, the girl was very friendly! I think it may have been the best day of our week long trip... just do it.

It was more difficult to drive these Scooters than the website and other reviews led us to believe even though we have some experience. Lots of traffic the day we tried which concerned us and we never left their location with a Vespa because one of us fell while getting instructions and was bruised pretty bad. Unfortunately they charged us for damages on credit card at what seemed to be an excessive amount and then did not respond to our request for a written repair estimate so that we could work with our insurance for coverage. Never had a problem renting before traveling for 20 years until this place.

The team is rather divided on your case and how to answer you to be completely transparent ...
Never a customer has so "destroyed" a vespa ... Note that after making sure that you had no bodily injury, we did what was necessary to limit the cost of the deposit to bear for you because of the incident.
To explain: The vespa is more than three weeks to repair (garage + full body) and if we took a portion of the deposit: 1, it did not cover all the damage and 2, it does not fill obviously not the shortfall of this period of time without rental in full season. We also sought to contact you to send the various invoices. BRIEF, these inconveniences are incumbent on us and it is quite normal to have to manage this ... However, your message (and note of the blow) was received with a certain disfigurement in this context there.

Great friendly service! Evi was awesome. Highly recommend touring Marseille and the Calanques by scooters. Our family had the best time and fun exploring the beautiful sites and scenery. We will be telling all of our friends to stop by here when they visit Marseille.
