Explore hilltop villages, morning markets, see poppies, cherries, lavender, grape vines, sun flowers, apricots, figs of the Luberon. Choose between main highway or little winding roads. Baguettes, picnics. What's not to love?

Like may places in France, the scenery is great, especially under the fall sunlight, but this place is beautiful all year round. When there, look for the old vineyards and buy some local wine.

Nice place to visit, Everything is in French language. Downstairs is nice and cool but smelled a little funny to me. Worth stopping into if you are in town.

We were two driving from Grenoble to Avignon. From Sisteron, we continued in the direction of Forcalquier. Beautiful little villages. Narrow roads. Very enjoyable drive.

We had our favourite day out on the whole trip with #travellingprovence tour guide Claire Paris. Highly recommended, a beautiful part of the world shown to us by a lovely local. Couldn't be better. Very highly recommended.

Sault is by far the nicest town in the region. A drive through narrow roads is a must do during the summer, despite the heat (almost 40 celsius / 100 farenheit).

The tranquil beauty of Luberon is something that you will never forget... Old perched villages, like Gordes, beautiful trails, delightful drive on the twisty and curvy roads with nice picnic spots - just spectacular... We loved Gordes - a touristy place, but surprisingly not crowded...More
