I am not sure what to say here. I am not a pessimist by rule but I have to say something here….

Stop by for the day and take some lovely pictures. Have a snack maybe (options are very limited outside of the standard tourist offerings of ice cream, over priced pastries and of course the ever present cone fries and mayo which seems to be on every other corner of every town in France. I love fries and mayo btw) but after that?….move on. I’m was recommended this by friends so I was sure it was going to be a hit. It’s nothing more than a harbour PACKED with massive yachts (so you can’t really SEE the harbour or get a decent picture. Even in November it’s a cattle barn. Nice enough for a squizz (a look around. Lol) but mostly overrated I feel. Also, I didn’t see Brad or Angelina ONCE! Happy Travels!

A very busy harbor that makes for a nice stroll. Quite crowded! It’s lined with many small cafes that make for people-watching. Walk along the harbor’s edge and head down the different streets that lead from the Harbor to find great shopping. This also is the place to regroup with others or your driver after a fun day of exploring. I must say, after walking here, I couldn't wait to get back to Cheval Blanc for more solitude! The harbor at Cassis was much more enjoyable.

Just a load of overpriced cafe/bars charging €7+ euro for a drink. Some very nice boats there but less than Nice for example. Too tip go behind the harbour walk away from the boats and you'll find a nice big shady town square with lots od seats and a few shops to buy a reasonable priced drink and lovely baguettes. The harbour side is full of normal people trying to look posh I like to call Wannabees .

If you do not have to cross it because you go from your boat to your villa it is a totally worthless place and a waste of time.

The harbour is as expected, with lots of expensive boats and cars all around. It is close to the shopping and eating areas. Car- parking at the harbour is reasonably priced.

St. Tropez really is a quaint French fishing port which has developed over the years. Now full of impressive yachts and very expensive shops. We really enjoyed the experience because it is a ‘place to visit’. We went via the shuttle boat (with all the social distancing and hygiene procedures in place). The harbour is lovely to walk around and there is obviously a historic interest. A very calm, clean and place full of bars and restaurants. Prices are high as perhaps you would expect but nevertheless well worth a visit. Hygiene procedures are in place during these challenging times but are sensible and necessary. The little streets are pleasant to explore with a few artisan shops amongst the ‘big names’. Certainly an town of wealth but still retaining charm which you expect from the French.

This is a must do, if only to see the amount of money tied up in luxury boats! Plenty see and do and you need to do it if in St Tropez

This was a cute harbour/marina. It has a bit of a different feel than most in the area. In parts you can walk right up to the water. There is also a high wall you can walk around and get a nice view. At the end of the wall is a light house you can go and visit. Taking a walk around you will see some very large sailboats which was pretty fun. All in all it was a nice walk around this tiny marina.

There are a few really great spots for taking photos as well.

Also see if you can spot Dr. Evil's boat when you are there.
