We decided to have lunch at noon and discover the different buffet formulas: very good and beautiful buffet of various cold starters but also hot shrimp pan-fried in front of us, a hot dish of your choice on the menu (good and hearty ) all for 25 euros. September .We arrived for a pre dinner drink but were refused entry to the bar as we had no identity proof with us. We had to go elsewhere for our drink as restaurant didn’t open until 7.30pm.We enjoyed the starter buffet and then waited nearly two hours for our main course. When we went for a dessert there was very little left. Our bill for this was 103 euros - not money well spent. Definitely a lack of staff for a fully booked restaurant and bar. We have had many lovely family celebrations here in the past but we will not be returning. We came to dinner at the casino restaurant on Saturday February 8th at around 8:30 pm, very welcome, quick placement , impeccable order taking... it is after Que ce slip, we chose a formula that includes the buffet, a main course, dessert and coffee.
After having an aperitif, we started with the buffet starter and once finish that is about 15 minutes later, we are waiting for our dish , a fish for my wife and a meat for myself with a very cooked taken by the waitress at the order taking...after 30 minutes waiting and table still not getting rid of the plates of the starter we ask a waiter if by Hazard he would not have forgotten us for the rest, the latter replies us that he only serves the dishes but inquires...20 minutes later still not back (it is still almost an hour waiting), my wife not having the patience to wait goes directly to the cheese and dessert buffet and indicates to another passing waitress that she cancels her dish , I keep mine and ask again if they remember our order , once again the waitress tells us that she only serves the dishes that are given to her in the kitchen but goes inquire ... in passing the waitress who took our order completely zapped our table all evening , after 5 minutes the waitress returns apologizing because indeed we fell into complete oblivion... 5 minutes later, that is 10:30 pm my dish arrives with almost raw meat while I had specified to the waitress of 8:00 pm very cooked

The restaurant formula is really interesting, very affordable in terms of price and everything is homemade. The view and setting are exceptional. On the other hand, the staff..... a disaster. Pleasant but not professional at all. We wait forever between 2 courses, we even forgot once. And another time the waitress brought us the bottle of wine at the end of the meal after 3 reminders. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends.

At reception, if the phone rings for a restaurant reservation, it has priority and you wait for the employee to hang up, when she should have made the person on the phone wait. As for the slot machines, I had a technical problem twice (ticket swallowed without credit display and ticket impossible to insert). We usually come to this beautiful terrace to eat the buffet. There were 5 of us who had the buffet and the 6th person had the special of the day with dessert buffet.
We took an Aperol Spritz as an aperitif, 1st disappointment it was not good, no bubbles, we reported it to the waiter but no reaction. While we were having an aperitif, the main course was served. Our friend had finished his dish and we hadn't even finished the aperitif. The buffet as always very good although some dishes from the buffet have not been renewed but very disappointed with the aperitif for €11.50 we expected better.

A non-existent service. The waitress is left to her own devices. She prioritizes cleaning all the tables by looking at us rather than taking orders. The waiting time just to get the card is very, very long. The same goes for placing the order. And not surprisingly, the preparation time is too.
Plus, after 7 p.m. you can forget your dessert. The kitchen closes for desserts at this time.

The service is deplorable. Already when we arrive we have the impression of being a nuisance. It took 15 minutes to have 4 cuts. Then the “chef” arrived and started setting up dinner. If the exterior setting is original and friendly, the staff training is disastrous and probably non-existent, or the supervision is obviously sorely lacking, service much inferior to that of a 5th zone canteen….
