We stayed for 5 nights in an apartment around the corner from the market and while we ate out a couple nights, we also ate in from food we got at the market. Selections of cheeses and meats to die for. Had a truffle laced brie (OMG) and a classic pork pate that was fantastic. Plus veggies, fruit and flowers.... More

Lovely market to visit throughout the day, mainly selling fruit and flowers. I'd definitely visit here if you're travelling to Nice.

Take a morning off (closed Mondays) to go to this flower and artisinal market. Browse the local produce and trinkets of lavender, soaps, oils and handmade specialities. Great fruits and vegetables as well as meat, fish, cheese and breads. Go early at best, and enjoy a coffee outside one of the cafés and "people watch" at the same time. Don't... More

We went to our first visit around the flower market and was not disappointed. There are a lot of stalls selling a good range of products apart from flowers and plants. There is cheeses and other food products as well as the usual souvenir items found in Nice. However we were lucky enough to visit the Monday flea market near the... More

In the mornings there is a farmers market where they sell interesting things like flowers, soaps, vegetables, plants etc etc. There are lovely cafes all around. In the evening it becomes like a flea market with people selling jewellery and trinkets. Definitely must visit at least once.

(This market os... More

It took us about 20 mins to walk there from our hotel (which is near the train station). Reached there at about 8plus in the morning. It was rather quiet with there is no crowd, so we thought we we were late to see the actions but most stalls are still in business. We were not into buying the local... More

Loved this place with it's beautiful flower stalls, fresh produce and fish. Kick back and enjoy breakfast from the many restaurants to choose from and watch the people go by.

Stayed in Nice Old Town for a few days. Everyday the market changed, Monday was an antique and flea market, another was fruit and vegetables, another was spices and soaps, but always with other stuff also for sale. Great atmosphere, interesting and lively. Surrounded by a wealth of bars and restaurants, not to be missed.
