An impressive monastry with a beautiful garden. When going in remember to cover your shoulders. A cemetery near by.

It's quite a hike up to this Monastere but the reward is beautiful views of the city and one can continue on to the Musee Matisse.

As stated, the monastery is off the usual tourist path in the city centre and therefore relatively more troublesome to get to. With this consideration, unless you plan to also visit the nearby museum, the main building and the Olive Garden are not enough for...More

Accessible monastery to the public but I would strongly suggest booking in advance to be able to view it from more than just the outside

Worth a visit on the way to the Roman bath site. Not to much to say as its a ten minute visit to be honest.

Arrved early for museums and spent time in the building, fantastic frescos and lovely garden with views back to the sea. Museum basic but you can see how monks lived.

You must visit the garden during springtime, it is absolutely gorgeous! this garden is one of my favourite spots in town, very peaceful, very well kept and look after, a perfect meditation spot or just a place to chill out
