We had an one hour coastal boat trip close to Nice and nearby villages. The trip was well organized and the ship itself was very clean and in well condition. The weather during that day was excellent and warm.

Hi, I believe that you can indeed do a picnic. I am unsure of alcoholic drinks though. We did not bring any alcoholic drinks but we did do a picnic. I don't see why a small bottle of wine will not be allowed.
