I went to visit this church, but had just missed the opening times. Did not matter too much, as I really just wanted to see it. You can get a good picture from outside. Its beautiful. I was pleased I bothered and if I return to Nice I will definately visit when the church is open.

Slightly off from the beaten path though within 15-20 minute walking distance from the railway station. Nothing exceptional if you've already visited some orthodox cathedrals but representative of its kind.

I was excited to see what what described as the most beautiful Russian Orthodox church outside Russia since i have never been to Russia. We had a gorgeous blue sky that set the building off beautifully. There is little interpretation but plenty to admire. Please respect their dress and conduct codes.

Looks spectacular from the outside, a bit disappointing inside. Also, there is no public traffic nearby, which make you go to a long walk from the closest stop. But worth it.

as soon as you enter the premises you see the dictator-ish DO NOT WALK ON GRASS sign, which we considered a bit...unnecessary. building is pretty on the outside. it was quite busy on the inside but then again, do not and cannot signs, as well as all sorts of other bans and restrictions didnt really contributed to making you feel... This is a beautiful building a short walk from the city tour bus route and comfortable walk from the train station that is an absolute must see. You really shouldn't miss it.

Worth the walk as it is so different and really wonderful to see, both inside and out. The domes and details on the outside are fabulous - sit on a bench outside to really take it all in. The inside is peaceful and beautiful, although much smaller than I expected. They offer guided tours and if I visited again I... More

We walked to this church, about a 20 min walk, although it felt longer in the heat. The walk through those parts of Nice wasn't very nice, and there is not much else around the Church. While it is pretty, if your short on time, and not that into churches, I'd skip this for other parts of Nice.

We were absolutely amazed by this beautiful building which is situated a little off the beaten track in Nice but well worth finding. We visited on a Saturday evening as a service was underway and were able to hear the choir singing which was amazing. The interior is even more beautiful than the exterior; stunning!
