Lifesparkz bike tours guides you on sportive- or touristic tours in the area of Nice, Antibes, Cannes and Menton. We organise either racer-, - city/hybridbikes or e-bikes. Bikes are not included in our tours, we can help you to rent a bike with the perfect fit for you. We guide individuals and groups. For privates and business. Groups are 1 to 6 persons. Tina Baltzer is guide and owner of Lifesparkz Bike Tours. She loves cycling and has moved around by bike since she was 2 years old. She is Danish and has lived in the Côte d'Azur since 2015, where some of her best times are when cycling in the mountains around Nice on her road bike. She loves meeting people and sharing good times in the nature with people from all over the world. That is why she likes guiding. Tina guides in English, French and Danish.

Kind and highly skilled guide with knowledge of local area and customs, and sustainable development approach in tourism. Tina is willing to make a lot of efforts to meet her guest participants' needs: In my case she actually made a trip well out of her own local neighbourhood to accommodate my needs for guiding in a more remote setting.

As a cycling enthusiast I wanted to plan a day of road biking around the hills and mountains of Vence, and I knew I needed to find a local guide to show me around. I'm so glad to have found Tina, who spoke good english, communicated well over email and guided me on a very beautiful and challenging ride up Col De Vence and through the mountains. If you're looking for a more serious cycling challenge Tina is more than capable of facilitating this! I wanted to leave from my hotel in Saint Paul De Vence so I could finish the ride with a beer and a swim and it worked out perfectly!

We spent a wonderful day with Tina biking from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cap Ferrat. She tailored the day to our requests and was easy to follow on the hybrid bikes we rented for the day. I really appreciated her fast response to emails. I knew we would be in good hands.

Great experience with the Lifesparkz team. Tina helped to organize three consecutive days of riding for me, with guides Luca and Roy. I had asked for certain distances on each day as part of a training plan, and both guides came up with amazing routes that included some of the signature climbs along Nice. They were thoughtful, capable riders who set a good pace for me all day, paused in some great photo spots and gave some context and history about the area.
The cycling around Nice is world class, and Lifesparkz is a great way to discover it for yourself along side guides who will help you dodge the traffic, find the routes and complete your goals. I can't wait for my next trip through the area to check off more from the bucket list. Thanks to Tina and the whole crew!

The whole trip was fantastic along the seaside. Big pleasure withTina. Even people who doesnt go for cycling can do the biketrips. Interesting Tours. Nice ambiance. Great view of the beach.

If you want to experience a great bike tour around Nice, don't hesitate to contact Tina. I was in a business trip and had only a day off and Tina was kind enough to provide a great tour. Everything was excellent, the guide (Duncan), the route (Nice - Monaco - Nice) and the bike (BMC road bike). Thank you Tina!

Our family of 4 (parents + 2 teens) enjoyed a private, fully-escorted bicycle tour from Nice to Cap-Ferrat to Villefranche-sur-Mer and back with Tina. Excellent value for the money. No rush whatsoever. (Unfortunately, one bike had issues, but that wasn't Tina's fault). High recommended.

I really enjoyed my ride with Tina to La Turbie and Peille, the view is magnificent and Peille was a nice little mountain village. I would recommend this as a combination of training and sigtseeing: I felt that I had much better opportunity to take in the views on the bike then when previously driving on some of the same roads. I have been in the area many times before, but not cycled in the area before because of the heavy traffic on some of the roads, but the roads picked for the tour were very suitable for cycling and I had a great cycling experience. I also got some good tips for other nice cycling routes in the area.

I was so happy to introduce you to cycling in the Nice backyard Hans Christian! Am also very happy that you enjoyed our trip to La Turbie and Peille and have got the kick-off for much more cycling when you are around here. You are right that exploring this beautiful area is very much different by bike than by car. You are so much closer to Nature in all senses. If you track the route I did today to Col de Braus, I think you will find a good route for your next trip down here :) Thank you.

An afternoon/evening bike ride exploring the Cote d'Azure was the highlight of my trip to Monaco/Nice area coming from Utah. The beautiful coastline, views of the sea climbing up the mountain road, the quaint towns nestled in the mountains, the adventure of Col de la Madone and Col d'Eze, all were an experience of a lifetime. I shall not forget the encouraging cheers from a resident along the climb (Tina of course interpreting his shouts for me). Tina was an excellent guide, and I consider her my new friend. She was very accommodating helping me plan my bike tour before my trip including sending me a strava route to preview distances/elevation and including recommendations for bike rental nearby my hotel. She went the extra mile in facilitating my contact with the rental company when I was not receiving a timely response, and making sure I had everything sorted out. During the tour, Tina was very attentive, making certain I was comfortable following her out of a busy city with narrow streets, steep climbs, and tricky turns. She encouraged me along the way, making sure I had the ability to take pictures, rest, drink, and eat, if and as needed, and letting me take my adventure at my pace - my bike, my ride. I highly recommend hiring Lifeparkz for cycling adventure in a spectacular region!
