This was a refreshing and surprising visit during our stay in Cannes. Fantastic town with so much to see, little unusual shops in narrow streets, Street cafes and so many cultures. Of course you are also treading in Napoleons foot steps and then we came across this unpretentious 'church'. So impressed when we stepped inside! Information in different languages on... More

So many cathedrals are finished works of art. In this one, you could see the evolution of the building and its people. The art spanned hundreds of years and different forms. The were lists of local members killed in WWI, one local artist's work, etc. It felt very particular to the local area. I enjoyed this aspect very much. Since... More

This is the focal point of Grasse where most tourists will gravitate towards if for nothing else the vistas from the terraces at the north-east end of the cathedral. Inside you will also see three Rubens paintings on the southern wall. FREE!

Within a minute of stepping into this lovely little old church we were politely ushered out by two ladies, advising us it was "closed for lunch" and to please come back at 1pm. hah Hah whoever heard of a church closing for lunch? And if there were two attendants then why didn't they stagger their lunch break? Come on France... More

A beautiful if not rather small by Cathedral standards church situated in the centre of Grasse. Impressive to look at and if you walk around the back you get some stunning views of Grasse.

The Cathedral is lovely and the earliest date that the Cathedral is mentioned is as a church in 1154 as it is pretty old. I would highly recommend it is lovely, full of artefacts, paintings and cool in the heat which is also a bonus. When you walk out of the Cathdral there is a lovely view of the town... More

The Cathedral is quite small and un-ostentatious - more like a church, but well-worth a visit. There a quite a few artefacts to be seem as well as the paintings, and the surrounding streets are lovely to explore too.

Closed when we visited so can only score it based on what I saw outside. Nice enough church to look at. Not super impressive or anything. Nice area of Grasse to explore without too many tourists.

Unfortunately we got here at 12.15 only to find it is closed from 12 till 1pm most days. As a result by the time we had gone to others and had lunch we did not get a chance to return. Beautiful setting.
