All about the views

The views are terrific. You do have to pay a fee to get up to the ruins but the views are worth it. Again make sure to bring water with you.

Ruins with a View

Once you climb to the top after paying your entrance fee you will be rewarded with sweeping 360 degree views. Take the time to read about what and were you are...

Top of the hill !

The remains of these castle ruins are located within the Exotic Gardens - Entrance fee is 6€ per adult - and is well worth it just for the stunning views over the coastline.

From here you also have a view over the Church and the rooftops of Eze which offers a great perspective for photographers...it is a bit of a steep climb up steps so flat shoes are a must...also, there is no place to buy drinks inside so make sure to take bottle water with you.

Not much remains
May 2016 • Couples
If you are looking for ruins, not much remains at the top of Eze. However; the view from the top is fabulous. You need to pay 6 Euros to enter the exotic garden and climb up several stairs to reach the ruins at the top. It was worth visiting for the photo ops of the gardens and the sea more than for the ruins.

After the exotic garden we made our way up to the top and saw the ruins of the fort. Grand views and photo ops.

Go back to history and see the ruins of this chateau

Go to the opt of the terrace on a sunny day for an excellent view of the coast. Just think it was only accessible from the bottom at sea level by miles and on foot. Today it is still a bit of a hi,e up the hill.
