We walked around Reynaldo Hahn Square for an hour or so. The place is very vibrant and overlooking the ocean. There's a pretty cool large carousel as well as a little fountain where kids can rent out remote control boat. The fountain/little pond also has a unique statue of a man riding a horse that is totally submerged on to its head in the water. We also had the chance to eat a few crepes as there are a few little street food vendors in the area. A cool place to go relax for an hour or so.

We have walked through and around this vibrant part of central Cannes seafront many, many times over the years and still love to stop and sit for a while and watch happy youngsters riding or sailing their boats. It has real character.

If you are visiting la Croisette with kids, this little square is the one which they will like the most. The carousel, the cars, trains, balloons, all what they want.

Reynaldo Hahn was a Venezuelan, naturalised French, composer, conductor, music critic, diarist, theatre director, and salon singer. Best known as a composer of songs. I went into this square in the moment I was thinking go back to Nice and then i used at least one hour here to go around and look on this sculpture/fountain and all the other things around.

While walking from le palais des festivals through boulevard la croisette we hit this square and couldn't convince our children to come back later throughout the day. Le carroussel is well tempting and we didn't regret to make many rides for them. The more rides taken, the less the fee per ride.

It is very close to Palais Festival Centre and port on Boulevard Croisette. A lot of tourists hang around in this area. One can find here quite a few street food vendors at reasonable prices.
