Chef Clement provided a wonderful evening of hands-on cooking while we were visiting the Provence with friends. We have cooked in many countries and this was one of the best...very thorough preparation and wonderful /tasty food. Would do it again.

My wife and I enjoyed a private cooking class with Chef Clement. He has a wonderful and charming personality and is a great teacher. In addition to walking us through the market and preparation of a lovely full course meal, Chef Clement shared his enthusiasm for Provence. We enthusiastically recommend him.

We got lucky signing up for this totally fun cooking experience on our only rainy day in Provence. Chef Clement is really good at teaching how to cook--he even helped me order a new knife on Amazon! Now I can cut like a champ!! His English is very good and he is very charming and makes you feel comfortable. We had so much fun we had to go out in the rain for another bottle of wine. This is a must do if you are in the Provence area. You will not be disappionted!! The food turned out delicious!

We were 3 couples (parents + kids and spouses) staying in a Provence villa. We invited Chef Clement to give us a cooking workshop. He arrived with fresh, quality ingredients and we started cooking together. With his guidance we prepared one of the best dinners we’ve ever had (and we had quite a few...). His recipes are creative and unique yet not too complicated to prepare. He is funny and lovable so we all enjoyed cooking with him. Highly recommend!!!

Chef Clement cooked us (six couples) breakfast and dinner for almost an entire week during our stay at a villa in Provence and we were blown away by his food. It was better than the Michelin one star restaurant we went to on our first night. Everything he served was phenomenal and he was very accommodating about everyone's food preferences. He was always willing to make something else for one of us who either didn't eat meat or fish or whatever. He is also a wonderful guy with a great personality and was even willing to help with anything that wasn't working at the house. I wish I had taken his food course! We love Chef Clement! He was worth every penny and more.
