This is the main street of Aix en Provence. Many Cafés and restaurants on the right side .... and only banks on the left.

Couldn't possibly visit Aix en Provence and not spend at least half a day on Cours Mirabeau!!! It is lined with restaurants and cafes on both sides; this time of the year it had Christmas stalls on either side too - selling a vast range...More

I have been in Aix many times but I always like to have a short walk in the city centre. The Cours is nice in every season, durin the day or after a nice dinner5

Just a gorgeous place to stroll and take in all the old magnificent buildings and trees which surround it. At this time of year the Christmas markets line one side of the boulevarde, so there is plenty to see and swarms of people to interact...More

Enjoyed a very pleasant stroll along the avenue with all the Christmas market chalets and the fall colors in the leaves. Nice way to spend a couple of hours.

First time on Cour Mirabeau in November. Have been before in spring and summer. It is still so beautiful! The way the trees line the street, the Christmas market, the quaint bistro's - it is truly enjoyable for a stroll.

The famous Cours Mirabeau, Always nice to walk it down or sitting on one of its café or restaurant. Nice also during the market days to walk around.

This is the perfect street to stay on. Everything within walking walking distance. Make sure your there for the markets in the street they are definitely worth it and you can pick up some nice little local bargains.

Most historic sites are open especially tourist destinations. It's very much like 4th of July so mostly a business holiday, some museums may be closed so check ahead with the local Bureau de tourisme
