The food and wine here is beyond. Staff is great and really love the atmosphere! I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic, well thought out food and delicious rare Swedish wine!
Love the plate presentations and setting on the farm. Interesting couple that cook, serve and grow a lot of the produce. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

This place is a real hidden gem. It is a high quality country inn, a first class restaurant and wine bar, plus a real Swedish vineyard, all wrapped up in one. The host couple, Göran and Ulrika, makes you feel right at home from the minute you enter. We had a very nice room, and the five-course dinner, cooked by Göran, was fabulous. Ask for the duck! I was also very impressed by the wines they make. High quality here as well, despite the harsh Swedish climate. Do not miss the tour of the "wine factory" where Ulrika does a real good job of explaining how to make wine. We were delighted with our visit, and we would love to come back.

When we arrived we realized that we were the only ones staying on that Friday night. Our view is that we got full attention and the full offer with a tasting meny, wines and tour in the wineyard as well as winery and that we did not "suffer" from being the only 2 people at Blaxsta.
A lot of talk and anecdotes from hosts and us. We discussed food, wines and travels.
The room was clean and a bit odd as it was in two stories, but very nice.
The room did not have any TV set and wines and food are not cheap, but if you go to Blaxsta low cost is probably not the reason for going there.
All in all a great experience.
