This is a nice restored 19 century shopping mall in the very center of Nantes. It looks nice in its Renaissance decor and I particularly liked the fact it is on 3 levels, as there's an elevation difference between the lower and upper street it connects.
However, it's just a walk through attraction and there're much better in Europe like in Milan, Brussels, Paris,...

Passage Pommeraye is in Nantes town centre (not far from Place Graslin) and possesses some some charm from 19th century. It provides various shop fronts such as “Nature & Découvertes” for imaginative toys and discover nature or “Pylônes” for unusual kitchen stuff or toys.

During COVID-19 you have to lower your expectations and facility owners should use down time to update. This passage is run down, could do with an update on paint, signs and shops. Almost ghost like as it appears today.

I spent a good half hour in one store. Fun. I wish I remembered the name of the store but you really can’t miss it. Look for lots of color and really fun “trucs”.

When you are exiting the stairs, you find yourself 2 streets above from where you started. Many other street access makes this very elegant covered 1900 mall look like a museum. All kind of boutiques. A must see in Nantes and it's free and a great rain shelter.

This Passage is actually built around three sets of steps. There are shops and boutiques on each of the levels and the mix is so eclectic. It is a wonderful way to get from the lower streets to the upper shopping areas. If you visit nothing else this is a must and so French.

The Passage is located in the midst of several great shopping streets with shops I preferred over the ones in the Passage itself. But it’s worth walking through nonetheless. The tea shop looked inviting as well as several shoe shops and houseware stores. Different exits lead to various streets in the shopping district which were fun for window shopping.

Stunning architectural features and a beautiful space to explore with 3 levels, plenty of shops and cafes. Was a nice place to visit despite the rain. Would say the stores were over priced in comparison to the high street

A really fashionable and beautiful place. It's architecture is superb and highly detailed. There are some very fancy boutique shops with interesting items. If you love shopping and stylish French architecture then it's for you.

Stunning architectural shopping arcade which is worth a walk through. Built in the 1840s in the Renaissance style, it connect 2 streets. Very beautiful and worth walking through.
