Fantastic Massage!
May 2019 • Business
I first went to Hélène for a massage in 2017 it was SO good that I remembered ( for 2 years) and returned as soon as I was next in Angers. I received the shiroabhyanga & abhyanga massage both times. You don’t often see this massage offered and I found it deeply relaxing and restorative for both mind and body.

Hélène is a talented healer, and an exceptional massage therapist. I have had many massages and other holistic therapies around the world and she is definitely one of the best. She is professional, calming, speaks English, and the space is soothing and relaxing. I would definitely go to her again.

Many thanks Severined for your contribution. I studied with Dr Shogo Mochizuki. He is the successor to the 26th Master of the KOBIDO art form. KOBIDO’s philosophy is that ultimate beauty comes from perfect balance of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It's nice to know that your kobido massage was delightful. I'm sincerily grateful for your feedback.

A peaceful moment
Aug 2018 • Solo
I have practised aïkido for many years. Last June, I had a bad fall and damaged my shoulder. I had heard about Hélène through other aïkido practitioners who had loved Hélène ´s shiatsu or massages. I saw her two months after my fall and she kindly listened to me in order to decide on which healing would be best for me. What she performed was just great. So much respect for my pain. She handled my shoulder with care and softness. A very professional work performed with a lot of empathy. Shortly after the healing, I could lift and twist my arm much easily. Thank you Hélène for that peaceful moment which helped me go back to the tatami much reassured.

Many thanks for your contribution. I'm really glad to know that this single shiatsu session was helpful for you. In hindsight, I'm amazed by the miscellany of troubles that shiatsu can fix.

Ayurvéda

Since I moved to Angers from England, in 2012, I've been coming to Hélène's place. And it's my favorite place when I need to resource myself. Her approach is sophisticate, complete and holistic. I appreciate all her techniques in special the Ayurvedic massage with hot oil and Kobido massage, a surprisingly delightful technique. A must do! It's a moment of deep and profound relaxation and invigorates body and mid. I feel relax and energized. Hélène is a highly trained experienced professional that I trust, recommend and often offer gift's massage to my friends! Great central location and beautiful settings.
