Excellent visit to the attraction well worth the ticket. The story of Joan as a 16 to 19 yr old and how she was treated but then also a new trial of her “guilt” and its outcome. Video tutorial in different languages as you move from room to room. Maybe 1 hours but 2 hours if you linger in some of the additional rooms too.

This was a brilliant experience. The story of Joan of arc brought to life by projections and characters involved in her life. Walking from room to room we got a little bit more of her story in each room piecing it all together. Brilliantly put together. Fantastic English commentary. Highly recommend.

This place was definitely well worth a stop. It was very well done and very informative. The tower at the top that allowed a 360 degree view of Rouen was really beautiful as well. We went in February and we were nearly the only people there. Loved it.

The Historical Jeanne d'Arc experience was quite enjoyable. We had it at the top of our list of things to see in Rouen and were not disappointed. The multi-media presentation was informative and enjoyable. Be aware that the presentation involves moving from room to room and up and down stairs. When we went, the elevator was not working and one of our group was not able to enjoy the complete experience.

A historical review of Joan de Arc given as a multi-media presentation of her second trial that reversed the first one. Of course, they executed her after the first one so the wrong couldn't be reversed. Located in the original. but restored Archbishops palace. In French, with audio guides for other languages. There are long (200-250 step) circular staircases that almost did us in, until we backtracked to find an elevator. I still do not understand her rise to power with the King but she is the patron saint of France and the symbol of French Nationalism.

This is an audio-visual experience - cleverly done - with video worked into the shape of the rooms of the building. And the actors are excellent, especially in the final courtroom scenes. There isn't a lot of opportunity to wander around except at the end, and I wonder how engaged younger visitors would be, as the dialogue used is aimed more at an older audience. We enjoyed it (my kids are both late teens), and it was decent value. Worth a stop when you're in Rouen.

A very interesting and well put together exhibition. I knew very little about the history of Joan of Arc apart from the basics and this was informative and definitely inspired me to learn more. The videos told the story well, and kept everyone engaged. The audio guides worked well and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. I really recommend seeing this if you are in Rouen.

Excellent from start to finish, from the incredibly helpful receptionist (who spoke English impeccably) to the experience itself. I audibly gasped upon first entering the second room - the setting of each chapter of immersion really does make it. The story is brought to life quite literally. The experience cost 11E for 1hr15 and was well worth it. You would have paid at least £25 for an event like this in London. Very well executed and highly recommended
