We stayed at this hotel for one night on the way back to Paris. The setting is gorgeous on a pedestrian square in the center of town. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building but is completely updated and very modern. Would be great for business travelers. It was also great for families, as they have a beautiful indoor... The whole point of our time in Rouen was that since we were spending some weeks there, we would get to see all the things that we missed the last time we were there. Even so, we almost missed this extraordinary building. Luckily, I saw the chance to explore it, and I am so glad we sought it out. Don't... More

Stayed here fore two nights and found the location to be excellent. Easy walk to all attractions and spoilt by the choice of eateries and bars all around. The hotel is historic but modern inside with some quirky aspects, like the glass bar floor with the pool below, that make the stay interesting. Wonderful courtyard with waiter service for drinks.... Transport yourself back in time when you enter the portals of this magnificent building.Just going in makes you feel special and the warm and helpful welcome from the reception staff enforces that feeling. The valet parking at 25 euros might seem expensive but you are going to pay 15 euros anyway. The extra is worth the car being taken from... More

Beautiful front facade and the main front in the courtyard with Gothic decorations, bas-reliefs, sculptures and decorative elements. I wonder whether the historical scenery is survived inside.

Located only 15 minutes from the train station, in the heart of the medieval section of town, this hotel was a great find. It is part of the Marriott "autograph collection" chain. Our room was large and comfortable with separate toilet and bathrooms. The staff was very friendly (although we had a few difficulties communicating in English). Most of the... More

I have been there several times with my friends and really enjoyed staying in the lobby of the hotel. Excellent level of service and a good choice of drinks. Decoration is worth a visit, the outside of the bundling is lovely and the design of the inside gives you a wish to stay.

Beautiful hotel in a 16th century château filled with history. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent and attentive. Pool and spa areas undergoing renovation. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, featuring ciders and cheeses from Normandy. I would have liked if the other patrons refrained from constantly looking down their noses at us youngins whenever we... More

Another fabulous Marriott Autograph hotel. Does not have the feel of a normal hotel, because it is like walking up to an ancient castle. However, inside you will find a modern look with lovely rooms and friendly staff. Stroll right out the front and you are in a small but bustling town with an endless variety of restaurants, bars, and... More

This is one of the must see sights in Rouen according to TI, and it is really interesting. It's is at the end (or beginning, depending which way you walk) of a street, and absolutely stands out. It actually looks like some sort of official building (which it probably was when it was built). It is situated right next to... More
