Don't miss especially if there is any sun at all as the stained glass windows are beautiful. Very easy to get in and out so you can spend as much out little time as you like. Not always the case with the larger cathedrals.

The church is amazing , more appreciated by visitors than locals who ignore the tramps and organised beggars

The exterior of this church was not appealing to me. What a wonderful surprise to visit the interior - it's modern and colorful and bright. I love the pews and the layout as well.

These windows came from the 16th century Church of St. Vincent. It was almost completely destroyed during WWII but the windows had been removed and stored in a safe location during the war. They are breathtaking.

There was another church here previously that was destroyed and St. Joan of Arc church is built on this site. The outside architecture is modern and different. The inside of the church is modern as well and absolutely beautiful in its simplicity. The stained glass windows from the original church were reinstalled in an entire wall. The ceiling is meant... Although the history about Joan of Arc is interesting, the church is nothing special, very new (it has ok stained glass), inside it's not that worthy to see, however the square (Place du Vieux-Marche) has classic Rouen-style houses, so worthy to see. Interestingly, the church is build in with the market on the square.

This was beautiful to see first hand. Rouen will always be one of my favorite places that I have ever been too. The people were very friendly and such a beautiful place to visit.

The church of St Joan of Arc is a fitting memorial to a very brave woman who for a long time was not acknowledged in the town where she was burnt at the stake. This church is a fitting memorial.

the original church connected with st Joan of arc , whereupon Joan prayed is in ruins; a mere few stone rocks on the ground- foundations, and the new church beside it can be visited. there is a statue showing an angelic figure praying, and a wooden cross marking the spot where she died. the new church is a great master... I was very pleased to visit the beautiful Church of St. Joan of Arc. It has such peace and is in the spot where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake, there is a medieval hotel where people watched her being burned. The stained glass in the Church has such and interesting history and is quite breathtaking.
