By all means this is worth the price for the 90 minute tour. You get an excellent guided tour and commentary on the town of Honfleur, the docks, the port at Le Havre, and best of all, the impressive Pont de Normandie. I had been across this bridge many times, even walked it once all the way across and back. Nothing could compare to exploring it an a tour boat from underneath. Find the booth for the tour boat « Jolie France » and enjoyable great trip out to the bridge. Be prepared for sun and wind, and maybe rain. This is Normandy, after all.

Could not find the specifics to write a review of the city of Honfleur.
Enjoy the historical buildings, the romantic harbor and the many restaurants. There are free parkings just outside the city. When you walk from the parking to the harbor, take the opportunity to look at several historical buildings on your way.
Honfleur has a historical city center as well, with narrow streets.
It's very charming.

This is a very pretty harbor town with a charming village, promenade walk & many little shops & restaurants. The church is stunning! The place could be a bit touristy in season, but it is well worth the stop. Take a stroll through town, pick up some lunch, ride the carousel.

Honfleur is one of our favorite day trips, as it is beautiful and nostalgic in all seasons. Lots of brocantes for antique lovers, the Eric Satie Museum, and, as would be expected in such a lovely area, many art galleries. From the picturesque harbor itself (You can't fail to take a good photo there! ) to the café and restaurant scene, to the myriad quaint shops and boutiques on the little back streets, there is always something to see, while feeling like you've gone back in time. And if you go on a Saturday morning, there is a lively market until 1 p.m. Even the crowds of tourists who come in the warm months cannot ruin the experience.

We strolled among the numerous stalls selling cloths, arty bits etc as well as the wonderful food stalls (Saturday till 1pm) with fresh fish, cheeses, brilliantly coloured vegetables and more. The back streets boast many restaurants and art galleries, while harbour side there are the boats and bumper to bumper places to eat al fresco. A wonderful place.

Honfleur is an attractive French coastal resort visited by tens of thousands of tourist throughout the year. Cruise ships, river cruise boats and other crafts are abundant here. The Vieux Port that leads to the promenade is very attractive and there is alway something going on here. This was one of many visits to Honfleur, a place we never tire of. We travel with our motorhome or, camping car as the French call it. We stay on the Motorhome Aire for Euros 11 for a 24 hour stay, very affordable and within 5 minutes walk of Honfleur centre.

Honfleur is a very picturesque harbor village just off the Seine. We visited here for a day in June, unfortunately it was the only day that we had any rain. it was not a downpour, but enough of a rain to really spoil and restrict the visit. The harbor area is so enchanting and it is a u-shaped harbor for small boats (although there are some that are larger) and a classic pirate ship. It is also the village of St. Catherines Church which was built with a roof that is the hull of two inverted ships. This is because it was built by sailors and the village was dependent upon the sea. It is very unique, and there are very interesting shops and restaurants on the square surrounding the church. The u-street surrounding the harbor is mostly curbside restaurants and other tourist related vendors. Down the streets away from the harbor are other very interesting shops and restaurants. We intend visit again, when in the area, and really get to explore more than the 5hours we were allowed when on the cruise excursion.

Beautiful character filled French town set around a small boat harbour near the mouth if the Seine river. There are many nice restaurants and shops which make for a relaxing afternoon of sightseeing and dining. It is a must visit if ever in Normandy.

We spent a few hours in Honfleur and could have stayed longer. It's a beautiful, harborside town with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Just walking the streets here was such a treat. Took lots of pictures.

The trip would have been excellent if the commentary had been in English as well as French . The only part that was spoken in English was that relating to the Pont de Normandie. Other than that, the rest of the commentary was in French which is not of much help unless you are a French speaker!
