Came up here on last day in Honfleur, great views and well worth the walk up. Combine with the church at top of hill too for a long walk. Saw a couple who had biked and had two beers while sat on bench - wish I'd have thought of that! Got attacked by wasp so made a quicker exit than we'd have liked 😂

Went here twice, both times going up by the 'short' but very steep route and taking the more gentle stroll down the hill after walking around to the other side, past the 'old' football ground and the church.

a great place that inspired the French Ispressionists.
they got in a rented car right up to the chapel upstairs.
Good views for photos and a review of the surroundings

In a rush of blood we decided to walk up the hill to see this view. The pathway is not signposted but can be found off the Rue Charriere du Puits. It is a narrow winding path that feels nearly vertical in parts. We walked up about 10:00 in the morning and we were the only people there.
The view of the Pont de Normandie is excellent. There is no shade or shelter so you may need to select the right day.
After taking in the view it's possible to have a pleasant five minute stroll down a quiet country road to the Notre Dame de Grace church. From here there is an easy walk downhill on a road back into town.

This is a GORGEOUS vista, and worth the effort to see it.
We took the train "Le Petit Train de Honfleur", which you can get in the basin parking lot near the carousel for 6.9 Euro. I'm not sure if it's hop-on hop-off. You will see this view when you get to the top of the hill, as the train turns left. It will stop in a couple hundred yards at the Notre-Dame-de-Grace church with time to look around. You can walk back to this vista. If this takes too long, and it's NOT hop-on hop-off (so you can wait for the next one) you can easily walk DOWNHILL to the town. We were sure feeling sorry for those folks walking UP!

You can walk up if you are very fit, to drive the streets are very narrow , but when you get to to view point Wow! You can see along way La Harve and the river mouth.

An especially good walk if the weather is clear . Interesting climb to the top but very steep in parts . Fabulous views . Church at the top is also worth a look , has gorgeous stained glass windows.

Worth adding to a loop walk with the church (Norte dame de grace). Looks across the city and bridge, and a sweeping walk path back down to the old town centre.

We parked and walked up to the top. It’s an energetic walk; not for the faint hearted! Totally amused when we got to the top to find a German car who’d passed us at the bottom parked up at the top. View was good and worth the climb for.
