A really interesting museum of life in Normandie from pre-historic times up to the present. Particularly impressive is the collection of handmade lace and the little snippets of history surrounding wedding culture traditions in the area.

A very interesting museum, particularly as it depicts some of the ancient/classical life in what is now Normandy! There seems to be a bit of a jump of a millennium as you go upstairs, but the social history is just as important.

Excellent museum , full of artifacts and some explanations were in english too. Very well laid out and quite large. You also get an extra exhibition to visit in another building, which changes throughout the year. All this for 5.50 euros.
So very happy that we took the time to visit this extremely well-researched and well-appointed museum of the D-Day landing at Normandy.
