We visited desiring a "splurge" on the coast and experience of an all day tour of WWII spots in Normandy. We LOVED Bayeux Shuttle. It was worth every penny. Mike was our guide and his passion and knowledge shined through. He was truly one of the best tour guides we've ever had the pleasure of spending time with. We loved the flow of the full day tour - starting at the German cemetery and ending at the American Cemetery, very strategically, which you learn about why on the tour. Mike even researched a family member whose landing on Utah Beach we were curious about, before we arrived the for the tour. The vans are modern and are outfitted with tv screens that play informative videos that enhance the experience as you go from one location to the next. …

We did the full day American tour back in September 2019, and we highly recommend it! Like others, it made more sense (and would be way more organized) to take a guided tour, rather than trying to plan out our individual tour. The tour was one of our favorite experiences of our 2 week trip around France! Make sure you stay in Bayeux. It is so pretty, and it is one of our favorite towns now. Only recommendation we have is to make the time at Utah Beach longer. We had so much extra time at Omaha Beach and the cemetery, but not nearly long enough at Utah Beach. We were also extremely disappointed that we could not enter the cemetery sections to view the graves. Our tour guide gave us maps of "famous headstones," but all of them were too far into the sections (where we couldn't see them from the side). This is not Bayeux Shuttle's fault, but it's another reason we think the Utah Beach section should have been longer. Lastly, the next day we did a shuttle to Mont St Michel with Pascal. Pascal was hilarious and a really enjoyable shuttle driver. Mont St Michel was breathtaking, but you could tell the amount of steps really wore out the whole shuttle group! Almost everyone napped on the way back, ha.…

My daughter, my niece and I did the half day tour from Bayeux with tour guide Andy. He was so knowledgable and very informative. Andy kept the tour interesting and never dull. I knew a lot about D-Day but really understood more once I seen things. I highly recommend this tour group, if we had more time would have been nice to do an all day tour. Unfortunately we were probably the last tour before everything shut down due to CoronaVirus pandemic, I felt so sad for Andy.…

Like all our fellow travelers, we had to cancel our trip next month due to the coronavirus outbreak. I emailed Bayeux Shuttle to cancel our tour, and the next day received a very nice email from Andy, the owner, saying that our money would be refunded immediately and 2 days later the credit appeared on my credit card. I thought that was a fantastic response considering how swamped with cancellations they must be. I really appreciated it and will definitely rebook with them when we reschedule our trip for next spring.…
