I went in this tour with the rest of my family and it was absolutely incredible! We went to Pegasus Bridge first and went to the British and Canadian beaches, finishing off with a visit to the Bayeux War Cemetery. Our tour guide was called Mike and he was wonderful to talk to as well as giving us loads of interesting bits of history that we wouldn’t have known about!

Great day from start to finish. If you want a "historical he culmination of the day was a visit to the Normandy American cemetery which put all the day's visit into perspective. The taking of the US FLAGs down at 5:00 pm with taps was especially moving. Every American/European should do this tour to get an appreciation of the sacrifice all ours soldiers gave. Anyone planning on visiting Northern France/Paris, needs to take this guided tour. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about Mike and his tour. I traveled with my wife and three boys (13,12,9) and Mike did an excellent job. He picked us all up directly at our hotel, and had a perfect van for my family. He was perfect with the amount of information he provided throughout the day. He kept things broad and interesting for my boys, then would fill in details with my wife and I about places and events. He would quiz the boys to keep them engaged throughout the trip. It’s clear Mike is passionate about his job and this subject and his job. We only did a half day tourney to my children, but I would recommend Mike without resignation for a short tour like ours, to a multi day deep dive into the events and places surrounding D-Day. His knowledge clearly surpasses just D day information regarding history. Not only is he clearly a mountain of information, he’s just a great, enjoyable person to be around. Can’t recommend him enough. Seriously, just book him, you won’t regret it.

I came back to Normandy this summer and stayed / camped at Mike's B&B (Le Pont de la Pierre Vintage B&B) and we did a day trip tour of Omaha beach - once again I learned so much - Mike is just an excellent tour guide. We spent 4 hours on Omaha beach going from one end to the other. Mike pointed out places that few tourist will ever see or notice. I had my dog with me and Mike accommodated the tour to fit in my 4 legged friend.

Few things were more important to me on my bucket than visiting the beaches of Normandy and the American Cemetery. I had one chance to get this right and did a lot of web searching to find the perfect company and guide. Mike's knowledge of the history of the area and that all important day of June 6th, 1944 was all I could have wanted and more than I expected. To this day, after visiting over 20 countries, my Wife and I consider this tour to be our favorite all time excursion. I hope to return one day post covid and do more exploring with Mike and maybe spend some time at His and Deb's new B&B. Don't miss this one.
