EXCELLENT ! Our tour guide, Sabrina was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable. She brought us to the D-Day sites and some medieval places. She was very patient with our children, always smiling. We learnt much more than we expected and we got out of the beaten ways. Thank you for this unforgettable experience Sabrina ! We will come back !

On one day’s notice, Sabrina agreed to take us on the tour. She is very knowledgeable and fielded our questions very well. She is a local Norman but has done enough research that she can explain the events from the perspectives from all involved (American, German, French, and more). She was very compliant with COVID restrictions. Great tour!

Sabrina was amazing....from her rich knowledge of WW2 history to her story-telling passion and great English speaking skills, she makes you want to come back. She gave us useful information during planning, was patient with the kids, and always punctual. She is a perfect book especially when you're new in France. She went ahead to recommend WW2 books and movies and even sent us some photos after our departure! Our visits to Omaha beach, the war memorial cemetery, St. Mere Eglise, Utah beach and Mont. Saint Michel will always be memorable, thanks to her well-articulated commentaries.

We are so very grateful that we used this tour and Sabrina on our recent trip to Normandy and Mont Saint Michel. It was two days that we will never forget. Sabrina was very friendly, an expert on both areas and kept the tour engaging, fun and informative. She was also very helpful and patient to with our children, who can be quite the handful some times. Sabrina also went above and beyond, suggesting an ice cream stop for the kids and a brandy and liquor tasting for the adults. We could not have asked for more!

We engage professional guides when we travel as we realized years ago that unless you do, you'll never really understand what you're experiencing. Nowhere has this been more accurate than during our visit to Normandy. Travel apps and guidebooks simply can't communicate the feelings of the events of June 6, 1944. They can't begin to communicate the thoughts of the paratroopers trained in Toccoa, Georgia as they fell into enemy lines which hadn't been "softened" due to inability of bombing raids hampered by weather. Nor can they fully make you comprehend the helplessness of the thousands of 18 and 19 year old American soldiers with 100-pound sacks of gear running three-quarters of a mile in wet sand during low tide towards the sea wall while enemy gun fire rained out on them and shells fell around them. Nor can they fully communicate how the enemy had prepared their entrenchments with over 13 billion cubic meters of concrete and rebar in seemingly invincible fortifications. Nor can they tell the stories of why we won. But Sabrina can. With all the knowledge of someone who's spent much of her life studying the events that occurred on Omaha and Utah Beaches in June 1944. But more, she makes you feel what these soldiers felt. How they were brave in the face of certain death. Of how they defeated the enemy through sheer numbers and bravery. She takes you to the beaches...to stand on the same shores on which our brave soldiers stood and died. She takes you to the fields of battle and asks insightful questions so that by end of the tour, you depart with a true understanding of the facts and sensations surrounding those days.
