Such a relaxing place along the river. In 1889 it commemorated the centenary of the Revolution and this was originally a meadow where flocks of sheep feed then later it became a sports field and today it more of a lucious grassy parkland to enjoy.
Visited Toulouse at the end of November but despite the cold this a lovely spot. Got some super photos of the Pont Nuef bridge. The area is popular with dog walkers and families and parking the rental car was easy as there is a carpark....More
