It’s the first time I’ve come to Au Riad du bien-être and frankly I had a great time with my darling, total relaxation with a good massage. I give a well-deserved five stars for the warm welcome from the owners and the quality of the work provided.

An exceptional moment out of time as always! I have rarely experienced such perfect welcome, service and human contact. Each time I visit, I feel like a privileged customer.
Couple’s ritual this morning. Privileged moments for two that the well-being riad has managed to orchestrate magnificently.
I advise you to then eat the daily menu at Riad des Délices; hearty and composed of homemade Moroccan dishes which delighted our taste buds.

Wonderful moment of relaxation as a couple. The staff were welcoming and caring throughout the ritual. We had taken the formula "traditional ritual" for a first experience. It's lucky we could do it as a couple. Thank you for that beautiful memory. Beautiful continuation at Riad du bien-être!

The treatment was well worth it , very friendly young people taking care of you in the hamam and for the massage an exceptional good massage! The location is nice and clean and has a great atmosphere

We chose the imperial ritual service as a duo with my mother, the staff is superbly professional when we enter the institute we have the impression of no longer being in Toulouse, it is truly a unique experience. I recommend 100%.

No sense of customer at all!!!
I got a gift voucher and having had to travel a lot I wasn't able to use it. I called 2 days before the expiration to find out if it was possible to extend it for a few weeks and I had a moral lesson for 10 minutes to explain to me that it was not possible and that I I just had to use it on time, that I had 360 days etc.... I was very polite throughout the interview and in my request. I wasn't expecting a moral lesson. They explained to me that there were many, many customers and that they were overwhelmed. In short, I don't recommend it at all and the person who gave me the voucher isn't likely to return there either. Too bad

Vous avez eu une carte cadeau le 10 mars 2023, valable 1 an soit 366 jours cette année.
De votre côté vous nous avez dit que vous aviez beaucoup de déplacements dans l'année mais
étiez-vous en déplacement pendant toute cette durée pour ne pas pouvoir nous contacter avant ? Nous aurions eu largement le temps de trouver un créneau à votre convenance...
Ou bien vous auriez pu en faire profiter un de vos proches...
Mais comme vous le précisez vous nous appelez que le 8 mars, 2 jours avant l'expiration.
Nous vous avons expliqué que nous étions complets demain, samedi , et fermés le dimanche et lundi, mais malgré tout nous vous avons proposé de revenir vers vous en cas de désistement, vous avez préféré mettre votre avis en retournant la faute sur nous...
Je ne suis pas certain que ce soit très juste mais c'est votre liberté...
Nous regrettons ce manque d'objectivité...
