The bridge and surrounding area is quite beautiful and historic. After a walk along the river, the restaurant at the foot of the bridge is outstanding...I don't remember the name.

We explored briefly in daylight and again at night when there is discrete flood lighting. We had a view from our hotel room as well. Definitely something to visit if you are in Cahors.

Lovely old bridge and not overly busy. Nice tranquil views over the river and just a short walk from town centre. From here you can take footpath back around the river to the newer town bridge.

The river and bridge were quite tranquil on the morning of our visit. Great reflections of the bridge on the water. A pretty place to relax.
