The are some great park spaces in the world, Regents Park, Central Park..... This is not in that sort of league but then again it's not that size of town. It is a pleasant place to stroll and relax though

Nice place to relax and watch the world go by. The fountains are a real treat but nowhere near as interesting as watching kids play in and around them. Not too far from the central train station and worth a visit.

Ideal stopping point which enables you to view many of the attractions of the city. Fantastic place for photography. Very open and sunny spot to meet with friends and enjoy. Plenty of city attractions nearby.

The Esplanade is a great place to relax and admire what Metz is made of... It has a balcony type of view where you can check out the mountains...

Ideal as a resting point this park with geometric layout is a very sunny spot to meet, chill and catch a tan. Make sure you check out the nearby Chapelle des Templiers!

A great place to watch the world go by - brides and their entourages, kids playing and choppers at rest. Near the "beach" and the museum area.

The French know how to design a garden! Metz is such a pleasant, walkable city--this is another great spot to stroll and relax. Probably always lively in good weather.
