That's right folks it's free! Yes it's not the largest/most well stocked zoo but it does have a good range of animals and generally speaking they look to be in good size enclosures. As others have said it is quite a walk to get round so take some water/snacks and make sure you pick up a map at the entrance. We went in February so was nice and quiet all be it a few of the animals were nowhere to be seen (sleeping inside, don't blame them!) A great wait to spend 3-4 hours no cost unless you visit the eco system which we did and thought was good also.

This is an incredibly big park so be prepared for a walk and in the summer take plenty of water. Very underdeveloped zoo but some great animals to see who seem very well looked after. Favourites were the bears and long legged red wolves. Paying to go into the eco system was small but well worth it. Would visit again.

We didn’t love our visit to the park. The animals are too spread out but the real problem is that there are barely any signs or maps! It was really difficult to find our way and we ended up walking up or down long, empty roads. The roads were not asphalted so the experience was more like hiking (unprepared) than going to an animal park. When we decided to leave, it took us 40 minutes to finally find the exit. If you’re going, make sure to wear good sport shoes!

if you do not wish to spend much money and have a leisurely day , then the free entry to the zoo provides you with an amazing range of animals. you should find which tram and bus combination takes you there. There are quite a few attractions , but the highlight of the day was the curious cheetah cub for us which kept perking its neck keep seeing us

Free zoo with all kinds of animals including giraffes and white rhinoceros. Highly recommend walking here. Can easily spend half a day. Free parking too.
