The train is a convenient way to see parts of the countryside around Collioure that would be difficult by car. Iit climbs the hillside through the vineyards, up to a viewpoint where you can take photos during a brief break. It then continues down and...More

Beautiful village, set right on the med, small pedestrian only cobbled streets, lots of art shops. Fantastic to walk around. We were there in late September and it was fairly crowded. I imagine it's packed in summer!

Book ahead - we didn't and had to go to Mont Louis to get the chance of a seat. We hadn't realised before which was a pity.

Interesting and good value, lasting 45 minutes takes you up into the wine growing areas and down into the next port - brilliant views.

You can make the reservation when you arrive. There is a ticket stand in the centre of Collioure. Enjoy your visit.
