Visiting regularly each year, our kids just love it: looking on animals, playing around, digging some foul gold, and they keep asking to come back. Trying to visit not on very hot day, not very much shadows around.

I read some other reviews of this place before going, so will try to be as accurate and objective as possible. It is very helpful if you speak French but don't worry if you don't. I have GCSE French and coped! My husband and I went and it cost €10.50 each to get in. There's a fairly extensive gift shop... More

We had to pass some time in Carcassone before we headed to the airport. We did explore the city of Carassone (fab place) but knew the 10 year old would want something other than culture to pass the time we had. We found Le Parc Australien and passed a very pleasant 1.5 hours. If we had come at the right... More

We visited the Park Australian on a very hot day. Our fault. The animals were not to be seen and we asked ourselfs later that day: Who needs an Australian Park in the South of France. Sorry to say that, it was wasted money.

The park isn't spectacular in terms of animals or landscaping. But for small kids (ours 1 and 3 yr old) it's very nice. It's quite small, you won't lose them easilly. There are little puzzles and games everywhere, and there's a nice playground. And ofcourse ostriches and kangaroos!

Overpriced, scruffy do not waste your money. The toys for the kids have seen better days. The only good thing i could say is the animals look in ok condition.

I live nearby but had never visited and after I had I wish I hadn't. The place was expensive to enter and once inside was scruffy, dull and uninteresting. Fortunately the animals were in good condition, otherwise I would have marked it down even further

This is my first trip advisor review so I must be incensed. Cafe stop serving food at 2. Very limited anyway, chips and meat. Alternative was popcorn and a can. Not even a bag of crisps or a sandwich in a fridge. Attraction is dire. How cruel to confine a plastic kookaburra in an enclosure! Those animals which were alive... More

The variety and good health of the animals we saw was very impressive and the outing was a hit with our grandson.

plenty of animals; loads for kids to do, including learning to boomerang; and the kids loved the bbq lunch - they said "best frites in France"
