Versailles is beautiful and the restaurant is situated in a stunning location. Our accommodation was beautiful and it really lived up to my expectations for a romantic weekend whichnis away from the hussle and bustle of central Paris. Service was average but food was good.. Spa was very good but not the best I have tried.

I have been only in the swimming pool, therefore I cannot talk about the cares. To access the piscina+hammam+sauna you must paid € 60 mon-fri, € 70 we. The place is very clean, but it is built under earth, therefore the swimming pool doesn't have light and the terrace with the chase long has not gone out on the garden... More

Great service (expensive). I used the spa without staying at the hotel, which was a bit "uncomfortable" but still enjoyable.

I stayed at the Trianon for the night with my baby. We used the pool twice during our stay and found the pool very clean and warm and the lifegaurds attentive to everyone. I think the signage around the pool is a bit lapse as there is no shallow part to enter the pool and i struggled to get in... More

I got a deep tissue massage. It was a mistake. The massage therapist was really sweet, but she didn't do great at the massage. If you get deep tissue then you have to be cold. They put you on a bed with only a towel to cover you, whereas if you get a relaxing massage, you get really fluffy covers.... More

The drain in the showers overflowed and flooded the floor The pool was nice but as soon as we arrived after a long day of walking and site seeing we were told our child had to leave the pool by 7:20 (no sign or notice was given about children using pool) An extremely rude French Woman yelled at us for... I spent my Saturday afternoon at the new Guerlain spa at the Trianon in Versailles. Some of the staff are new and obviously don't recognise the old regulars from the old spa. When I arrived I was just asked to sit down and wait. Simple as that. I had actually booked a 1 hour massage "Imperial Orchid" massage, about 20... More

This is an amazing spa! I got a facial and the body spa jets. I would recommend both, but just know that the body spa jets are cold at first... I went when the swimming pool is closed and its really discounted. That was last February. Have fun!!
