Super efficient transfers in Paris

This is my second experience of Eagle Cab. On both occasions the service was excellent. Pick up available ahead of time, courteous and helpful driver, very comfortable vehicle. This time, leaving central Paris for CDG at 5pm could have been stressful, but using his knowledge of alternatives to blocked motorways my driver completed the trip in under 40 minutes! Well done!

This company was extremely professional and got us to and from the airport in great time with a reasonable price. This was brilliant as the booking was made last minute due to transport strikes etc..

Both drivers were friendly and professional and on time.

We used the company's service 6 times during our vacation in Paris. Four of them arrived on time, but two other times were 15 minutes late each time (one time they sent a message that they were late but the second time I had to call them).
Beyond that, the service is excellent: the vehicles are comfortable and clean, drivers speak English.

I pre-booked (and pre-paid) for transport from my hotel to the airport so I would not have to deal with the stress of taking the train or finding a taxi. After waiting outside my hotel for ten minutes past the time when the driver was supposed to arrive, I called. The person who answered asked if I was at the airport... I checked my booking confirmation over and over again to make sure everything was correct, and it was. I asked if someone was on the way, and the person told me someone would "be there." Time goes by, and I still don't hear anything or see any car to pick me up. I call again, getting panicky and frustrated, and am told someone would be there in "three minutes." Over twenty minutes after I was supposed to be picked up, someone finally arrived in a gigantic van. Later, I received a text that my initial driver had been in an accident, hence the reason why no one picked me up. That was clearly not the case, as no one bothered to call me. They simply forgot to pick me up. I told them I would like at least a partial refund, and no one responded. I feel totally robbed of 60 euros. What was the point of booking ahead for peace of mind and stress-free travel? I wish I had just had the hotel book me a cab. Stay away.

Hello, The client was supposed to be picked up at 11:45am. However, the vehicle that went to pick her up had met with an accident. As soon as we got to know about the accident, we sent another vehicle and she was picked up at 12:05pm (20 minutes later than the original pick up time). While she was on the second vehicle we called her and asked if everything is Ok. She confirmed that everything was alright. Then she was dropped off at her destination at 12:37pm. and when she drop off the airport, we messaged her 12:40, our apologize for the delay pick up. We did not charge anything extra from her. So, it is inaccurate that she says we did not send her any vehicle and charged her money. Highly Professional, Reliable and Comfortable Private Transfers

Paris Eagle Cab is highly recommended for private transfers to Disneyland and the hotels. We hired this service 3-month before when we went to France. Our driver was polite, on time and very friendly. He knew French and English, which is why he assisted us properly. He met us at arrivals and helped us with our luggage. He knew the short cut route which is why we could save time because of the huge traffic. The best thing is – Paris Eagle Cab did not charge extra for traffic or luggage. Sorry for late for writing this recommendation. We will hire this service again when we will be there in next year.

top rated service for transfers

we used the Paris Eagle Cab for 4 different Transfers on our resent trip to Paris and All 4 drivers were great. All drivers were on-time (usually early) and professional. The communications from the actual company were great as well. I received great communication before each transfer and was even able to make an east time change on one of my transfers.

Reliable and thoughtful service during COVID

My daughter was granted admission to a university in France. I was nervous about her travelling to the campus given the current COVID cases in France. Instead of her taking public transport, I contacted Paris Eagle Cab to pick my daughter from CDG Airport and sent her directly to the city where the university is located. As it was the Christmas and New Year holidays, I wasn't hopefully of getting transport. Paris Eagle Cab answered my call immediately and within minutes helped me arrange the transportation. They gave instruction on where the driver will be waiting. The driver also helped my daughter with the heavy luggage and when my daughter was dropped off at the destination, they also texted me. It's a very thoughtful gesture to keep me informed. The price quoted is also very reasonable. I would recommend Paris Eagle Cab to anyone looking for reliable transport service in France.

Will always book with them!

Drivers are always waiting and ready on time, very easy to book, and easy communication. They always have a sign for us when exiting the terminal. We always ask for a sprinter because we are always traveling with a lot of luggage and they are always very nice and accommodating.

We booked Paris Eagle Cab for visiting Paris Disneyland. There was no such scheme as advance payment that I appreciate highly. The vehicle they brought was thoroughly clean and did not stink, thanks to the Lord! My baby was provided with a baby seater at completely FREE of cost. The amount that was decided upon during booking was fixed. A very good point of their service is you pay a fixed amount after you reach the place. The driver was easy to talk to and was an expert driver. We reached even before my anticipated time. Highly satisfied I am. They never asked anything extra.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommended

Hire Paris Eagle Cab for returns from Paris CDG to Disneyland. Both drivers and car were excellent. They provided us a car that had all latest facilities that a modern car needs to have. It was a very professional and pleasant experience. Booking was very easy and also easy to amend. Payment made in cash at the end of journey. I would like to recommend and will definitely use again.
