I’m ashamed to say this review is long overdue. We had the pleasure of experiencing Milan as our private guide over the 2019 Thanksgiving holiday. Well prior to arrival, Milan asked thoughtful and insightful questions to ensure he tailored our experience to our liking. Our family prefers to experience history off beaten path and Milan more than delivered. Our young daughter learned of Marie Antoinette and the revolution in school and is captivated by their long reaching historical significance. Milan’s planning made history come alive. He tied so many wonderful historical pieces together and helped her to recreate one of the photos from a textbook that he brought. That single photo has found its way into her current studies and we have no doubt that the experience Milan created could likely be the catalyst to a future career in humanities. He was also able to obtain tickets to a special showing of Marie Antoinette’s gowns. We were pleasantly provided with background and insight that simply doesn’t exist in typical travel guides. Our son was learning French at the time, and Milan helped him with his phonetics while we were in between destinations. Our friends and family still ask us to tell and re-tell the stories behind our photos. We have been longing to go back to Paris; to pick up right where we left off with Milan. Without a doubt, our experience would not have been as fantastic as it was without him. Ultimately, time will tell how much of a long term impact our experience with Milan has had on our kids, but make no mistake in that we considered it to be a little bit magical.

It has always been my dream to go to Paris. Thus far, every time I go to Europe it hadn't panned out. The cruise ship docked too far away on one trip, and on another there just wasn't time fit it in the itinerary. So, this time I decided it was going to happen. A friend and I were staying in Mougins, France at a condo from my vacation club, and we decided to just fly out early in the morning and return late that same night. I was very excited when I found a "Paris in a Day" tour. So, we flew out of Nice at 6:00 am and arrived at 8:00 am, where we met Milan. He delivered exactly what he promised; we saw everything we dreamed of, and we were back to the airport in time to catch our return flight which left at 9:30 pm. Milan was so friendly and energetic, and he planned an itinerary that not only allowed us to see what we wanted, but so much more. If you find yourself in Paris for only a day, I would recommend you do not pass up this tour. Milan does not disappoint! Thank you Milan for making my dream come true!

We had an excellent Christmas light tour with Milan! He arrived early with a bottle of champagne and then whisked us off for our Christmas lights tour. We saw all the holiday highlights and Milan had tons of information (in his head and on his iPad) that really brought Paris and her history to life for us. He made the best of the transport strike and kept us informed about our options so we always knew what was going on. He even let other people go in front of us in line for the Ferris wheel to ensure that we would get to see the Eiffel Tower at night in all of her sparkling glory. We would absolutely recommend Milan to anyone visiting Paris and plan on looking him up for our next trip back to see more of beautiful Paris! Merci Milan!

On my first trip to Paris, I really wanted to visit Versailles. My boyfriend really wanted to ride a vespa through the city. So our vespa tour of Versailles with Milan was the perfect way to make both of our dreams come true! Milan was the ultimate professional - constantly making sure we were comfortable and safe on the vespa ride, sharing endless facts about the history of the city, and capturing some truly great photos for us. You must feel comfortable driving a vespa and/or being a passenger, but Milan guides you the whole way. He sent an uber to our hotel around 9am and we met him at the vespa rental place before taking a leisurely ride to Versailles. We had timed entry tickets to avoid lines and spent time exploring the gardens and hamlet of the Queen. Milan is so knowledgeable about everything and when you spend the day with him you really get exposed to local secrets. After our afternoon at Versailles, we stopped at a market to pick up cheese, bread and champagne for a picnic at Saint-Cloud (truly magical as we were the only ones in the park!) and we felt like true Parisians. Our drive back into Paris was so exciting as we got to drive around the Arc de Triomphe! I would highly recommend any tour with Milan. It was absolutely the highlight of our trip and an experience we will always remember!

Things were a little crazy due to the strikes but Milan contacted us early in the day and we set a plan to get together a little sooner to ensure we would enjoy the rooftop views from La Galleries Lafayette while there was still some daylight. From there, Milan showed us the amazing tree display and we walked enjoying the window displays. Milan was like traveling with family....super relaxed and up for whatever speed we wanted. The Christmas market was a ton of fun and somehow, we managed to score being on the ferris wheel during the on the hour twinkling of the Eiffel. It was a magical evening~!
