Neighborhood: Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.

Beautiful place in the heart of Paris.

The colorful houses in this street in Paris makes you wonder why the street you actually live in is not like that..

I walked here from my hotel in Le Marais.

It’s a fairly short street with colourful houses on either side. I’m glad I came but there’s really not much to see.

It’s only a small rather short street so it should fit in your schedule as a quick stopover. Nice splash of colour in the city.

probably the most popular instagram spot in Paris… it's uniquely colorful, makes great souvenir pictures, but it's only a residential street where people live and are reasonably upset with this street's internet fame…

Such a cute street, colourful & quirky. Makes for some beautiful pictures. But it is literally just 1 street

One block of houses painted in different shades, decorated with drawings, also with flower pots in front of the houses. It looks nice with its particular architecture and colorful facades, but I feel I could have skipped this visit and saved the time for another place.

Of course it is a pretty looking street and it must be nice to live there, however I do not see it as a tourist attraction or a must do when in Paris. In my opinion, even the photos there are nothing special. Do not know why the place is kinda hyped so that the people living there had to put up signs saying to not disturb their peace. But I went there in December and it was pretty empty. Honestly it is not a must do and you do not need to come here unless you are close to it anyway!

Nice street full of cute houses donned in pastel paint and murals. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and there was basically nobody else there. Didn't see the signs for no photos that others mentioned, but rather signs stating to respect the resident's privacy and tranquility. Short and sweet, worth it if you're in the area.

Very picturesque and worth a stroll if you have time. It is not far from the subway stop. There is a local cafe in the corner.

After twelve visits to Paris in the past 9 years I decided to visit rue Cremieux so I wandered down on a Sunday morning from the Bastille Market. There was a sign that requested no photography and I found that a little strange as so many publications suggest visiting this colourful location.

It is a pleasant little street; the pastels and shrubs give it a special feel but there are so many more "rues" in the city that are equally attractive.
